Toyota Service Department - Performance Toyota Bountiful

If I could leave a Zero star review I would, just terrible service. got an oil change package from these guys had the tire rotation and everything was fine. Came back for the oil change (its a hybrid) and got the car picked it up at 5pm took it back home didn't drive it that night. Woke up the following morning and received a text that our neighbors believe my car is leaking oil because I always park in the same spot. Ive had this same problem happen in the past where the drain wasn't tightened all the way with my jeep and my engine actually ended up needing a whole new engine and that was such a pain. So l was worried I was going to have the same problem again but I had work I needed to take care of and I needed to be able to get to my work. So l had to order a tow from my work because la

These giys are consistently ridiculously slow with any work they do for my partners vehicle. Update: We we can add lying to a customers face to the list here… knowing my partner was getting new tires for a road trip, the service advisor told her they had gotten her alignment “perfect”. Far from it. She had to pull the wheel to the right for the 5.5 hours she was driving the day after she got her new tires. Every oil change is at least 2 hours and today after waiting nearly 5 hours for new tires purchased from these folks she got home to discover they couldn’t even wipe the bead sealant from the tires. Don’t worry though, they told her come back in so they can wipe it off… Don’t waste Your time, go anywhere else.

Well it’s sad I have to do this but I’d like everyone to reconsider before taking their vehicle to this service center. I will preface that I can’t be absolutely 100% certain that they didn’t do something I paid for but it’s probably an item they can get away with compared to other services. The service I’m talking about is a brake fluid flush. I bought the vehicle used about a year ago and while the fluid looked fairly clean, I wanted a baseline and would perform the flush every 3 years going forward. After the service was supposedly performed, I drove about a half mile down the road and pulled off into a parking lot. I just wanted to take a quick look under each caliper to ensure all the bleeder valves were snug and no fluid was seeping out. The problem is to me it appeared that no

Had multiple system error messages after loosing power on the freeway - hybrid system malfunction, vsc malfunction, collision avoidance system malfunction, complete shutdown of hybrid system on freeway. Was told that it was due to an oil pressure valve that was functioning within tolerances but might be the problem. Oh and it needed an alignment. Nearly $400 for the diag and alignment. I refused the replacement of the working oil valve. Follow-up: second shop correctly id'd the problem, dented oil pan. Replaced the pan, did not change the valve. 100% fixed now.

I was travelling from out of state and John judkins was able to get me in for a last minute emergency that came through on my vehicle despite a full schedule. Best customer service I've ever received. Better keep this man!
