EDIT - The store did their best to make it right and worked out to come get everything picked up as part of my return which I appreciate. I just wish Tractor Supply would find a better delivery company. Roadie is awful! Do NOT use Tractor Supply’s delivery service. This is the 4th time my delivery has been screwed up! They subcontract with Roadie and they’re terrible! This was my delivery today - tossed off the side of whatever vehicle they were in, nowhere near my barn. The store and corporate weren’t very helpful in making it right. I’ve had good experiences when I go to the store, but life is busy and I’ve been needing to utilize their same-day delivery service. Not worth it! I keep trying to give chances, but I give up. Co-Op is getting my business from here on out.

Customer ahead of me in the line at self checkout had an issue. I was trying to ask the extremely rude cashier to call someone to help. She did not even look up at me, responded with "It would be a minute." I said "Wow, your customer service skills could use a little improvement." She said again that "lt would be a minute." We walked out and left our cart with our selections. I hope Tractor Supply can afford to lose business due to poor attitude and customer service to their customers.

They are always helpful & kind. Chicks are well taken care of & they have what I need in stock. Love this TS

I recently ordered a Mr heater propane tank refill kit for pickup I called this morning and the lady told me they had non in stock but maryville had some in stock so i called their they said they jad some their in the system but couldnt find them so after driving from store to store for hours I decided to go see if they had it at Lenoir city and what do you know they had 2 on the shelf their were also other customers their buying the same thing glad they had it but very aggravated and disappointed I was lied to over the phone

Want in to buy a few bakes of straw today. Was looking for their regular bales that were advertised at $9 each. Spoke to Marla at the store asking about them to which she said that they're out in the trailer but, they can't get into the trailer because something was wrong with the lock or getting the doors opened up. I asked her if due to this, would they price match the more expensive bales to the less expensive ones. She immediately said "No, nope, not possible, the more expensive hay is way better. You should go to Home Depot and get hay from their trailers.". This was a very poor customer service experience at most. She didn't offer to ask the store manager, she didn't offer any empathy or apologies about the fact that they can't access their own product. This experience ruined
