Final payment was 40% higher than quoted. When reminded of that, the mechanic denied it.

BEWARE!!! Had my automobile serviced at this location. He keeps finding things that are wrong. I know for a fact that there was nothing wrong with the a/c it just needed freon. HE WANTS TO BE PAID IN CASH! SHADY! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. Even when I came in to complain to the workers, they replied "Maam I just work here" if your own workers wont validate your business practices! What does that tell you? SHADY!!!!

Had an emergency need late Friday and Marlin graciously help diagnose the problem while provided wisdom and guidance of what needed to be replaced. He stopped what he was doing and took my car on a test drive to troubleshoot. Offered his opinion which confirmed the issue and told me what needed to be replaced first. He told me the most important area to fix first then helped me locate the parts to fix it myself.

We moved here two months ago and they were recommended by another business in Millington. They put a new clutch in that was defective. After bringing the car back, instead of giving us excuses or a BS reason to milk more $, the manager/owner was upfront and replaced the clutch at no charge to us. Highly recommend them!

Transmission still had a leak, brought it back to see why and was charged another diagnostic fee and was trying to charge me again for one of the leaks that wasn’t fixed properly the first time
