He does good work at a fair price .. no issues

My transmission went out on my driving from work last week I couldn’t get it far so luckily they were close to where I broke down at. I actually had this transmission rebuilt 2 years ago by another shop and I swear I was going to take my truck here because I was driving by this place going to work but the shop I took my truck to was closer and cheaper. Needless to say I wish i would’ve spent the extra with them and I’m certain i wouldn’t be having these problems. These are good honest ppl and I appreciate them for taking time out their hectic schedules to offer me a free diagnostics. Im trying to get the shop I originally got the work done at to correct their mistakes but any future transmissions repairs I’m only dealing with transmissions and more. Thank you guys.

Customer service is horrible. As is the workmenship. $2k for a transmission rebuild and its been leaking since I picked it up. Brought it back in 2x afterwards and was told they fixed the leak. Nope. Still leaking. Now I have to take it to another shop and most likely pay them to rebuild my recently rebuilt transmission. Avoid this place at all costs.

Jim is the BEST guy in the business! He was so very professional and kind from the very first call of inquiry. Jim and his guys saved me from an unethical quote of $4k+ for an unneeded transmission rebuilt. Jim and his shop were able to assertively deduce that my car’s issue had nothing to do with the transmission. God bless these guys and an extra shout out to Jim for being so patient and courteous!! 100% recommend and will tell everyone I know about this incredible shop!!

First time customer. After being let down for months at different dealers ,transmissions and more diagnosed correctly and promptly fixed the problem while saving me a substantial amount of money. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Nice for the money you spend to actually fix your problem and not pay a boatload of money then drive off with the same issues you arrived with. Thank you Mike and team. I will be back again now that I know where honest men do automotive repair.
