New(ish) to area and trying different GMC service dealerships for servicing my 2020 GMC Yukon Denali. Josh Taylor and the Service Center Frontdesk call Staff drew me in with great values for needed fluid flush changes i asked about for my Trans, Front and Rear Diffs and Transfer Case. Relocated to the New Bern area a few years ago and tried another local GM dealership service department unsuccessfully. This led me to finding Trent Buick GMC. My service rep Billy Wayne Williams was awesome. The video sent from the service tech explaining the required work was awesome as well. First time I have experienced this from a service department.
