We went to an RV show and this staff came right up to us to have a conversation. They were accommodating with the fact that we had some knowledge about RVs and they were willing to give us honest input on the things we were wanting to purchase. Everyone was fantastic!

This was our second used purchase. Negotiated a more than fair price with Todd. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience trouble free as always. Thoroughly going over the camper and how to properly hookup and operate all functions. We noticed a crack in skylight before leaving and the team replaced it in record time. A used camper that is just like new ! Hard to find anywhere else. Their used campers are top notch. We shopped the chain dealerships in the past but there is nothing compared to dealing with a hometown, family owned business like Tri City. If you want top notch service and no pressure sales with fair pricing then Tri City RV is your only choice ! They have won our business for life !

My husband and I were very satisfied with our purchasing experience at Tri City RV. Our salesman, Todd was very personable with a great sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable on the Arctic Wolf we were looking at and any questions we had that he didn’t have an answer for he was able to find out and get back with us in a timely manner. We really enjoyed working with him and highly recommend. Everyone from Lacy and Jessica in finance to Sarah in service provided us with a great experience. And Anders and “Z” even went above and beyond with set-up and detailed explanations being we were first time fifth wheel owners.
