Very thorough, they take their time and get your vehicle done right the first time. If they don't know what to do they get a second opinion via your vehicles make! They are friendly, understanding. My jeep is there for repair after an accident and I highly recommend this place around to anyone who needs a trustworthy, reliable garage for their vehicles needs. So reassuring to know that the jeep has been in such good hands. I'd definitely come back here again.

I am not typically one to write reviews, but for this one it is different. Some friends and I go to Gatlinburg all the way from Houston, TX for their Slammedenuff Show every year. When unloading the car off of the trailer after we arrived, the e-brake was not fully engaged, and the car ended up rolling right off the trailer, cracking my fiberglass front bumper in multiple different places. I tried to contact many different body shops in the area, hoping I would be able to get the bumper fixed before the show in a few days. They all stated they were "busy" and "booked out for the next few months" but had absolutely ZERO cars in their lots. Strange.... We were visiting the Gatlinburg area. On Sunday morning a bear got into our van by pulling the driver's side window frame down and shattering the window. The Car insurance company told us to call Bunch Collision. Mark got back to us at 7:00 a.m. on Monday morning. By Wednesday he had it fixed and ready to go with a new door, new paint and a full wash job on the car! We were amazed because he was so busy. In addition he and his daughter were so kind. We had it in time for our drive home. We could not recommend him more!
