TruShine Car Wash V

We stopped for a car wash after returning from Wisconsin—lots of salt and grime on the vehicle. It was nearly 7:00p, and cold, but one young man met us out by the machines and helped us select the best option. Plus, the guys at the wash did a fantastic job cleaning our truck and getting all the salt off. We’re grateful for their service and appreciate seeing our truck clean and shiny again! Highly recommend for a thorough and professional car wash.

My family and I had a business that has six vehicles there as a fleet… My wife went through with a rental and they tried to make her pay. I explained to the manager that we had a fleet membership. He said he didn't care it doesn't work that way. So I proceeded to let him know that he lost an account of six vehicles over $10. He said that's just fine. DONT GO. Terrible management!! Plus, they closed the other day bc they didn't have enough help. I see why!! STAY AWAY

Took my truck here and everything was fine, but then when I took my camaro here there was a little problem where it didn't rail right and I was like whatever it happens sometimes not a big deal, but then the guy working there claimed I purposefully put the car in drive and tried to kill him which was way overreacting. And my car was in neutral the whole time, I won't be back. If your gonna work at a car wash don't be jealous of the vehicles that come in.

I had a subscription to their monthly car wash for one month. Half way through the month, I noticed their brushes put micro scratches onto my vehicle. It had 1800 miles on the vehicle. I brought it back onto the lot after I noticed and because I didn't notice it right after it happened, they said they couldn't do anything. I would understand if I had a higher mileage car but for my brand new car to be scratched up and they didnt wanna look at it nor report it to someone because I drove off the parking lot is absurd. I've given them a month to remedy the situation in some way but was unable to even get in touch with someone who even cares.

I’ve been a member for over two years! Their system would never read my tag! Always had to blow my horn to get service! Today I was accused of tag switching and that really pissed me off because I’m an honest man! The manager needs to be fired immediately! They better NOT take another penny from my account!
