Absolutely amazing service from the moment I drove onto the lot... Omar was the first person to introduce himself to me and I gave him a quick background on myself and told him what money I had to work with.....I immediately found and fell in love with my now Jeep Compass. Omar and the staff made sure I had it when I needed it and took care of everything for me. Even after my 30 day warranty was up they still took care of an issue with a sensor light for me at no extra charge! They also, provided transportation to my house and shop while the Jeep was worked on and always made sure there was coffee and tea ready 😌 I would 110% recommend Trusted Auto they go above and beyond and you will not be disappointed... Purchased a Jeep with dash lights on at time of sale. It was the 4wd, traction control and ABS lights. Was told they would be fixed - apparently all they did was perform a reset as the lights eventually returned after I took delivery of the Jeep. I complained again and every time I asked, I was given an excuse. Eventually they stopped communicating altogether and the repairs thru a reputable facility came out of my own pocket. Bad customer service!
