Tsunami Express Car Wash

Went through the car wash today and the fin on the back of my car was ripped off. I was then told that since it is technically an antenna which it’s not, it’s the cover to fuse us and such that they won’t replace it or be responsible for it even though their sign clearly says they don’t replace non-factory parts and this is part of the vehicle that is from the factory I bought it at the dealership like that for the more I didn’t get so much as an apology or even an offer back on what I paid for the car wash so bad customer service and your vehicle damaged that’s what you can expect.

If this wasn't the only car wash on this side of town, we wouldn't go here. It is supposed to be an automated service but they always have someone standing outside that puts the wash in for you and now they are asking for name, phone number, and email. I just want a car wash, it would be faster if you didn't force me to talk with someone. And this last time there was a rock or something hard on one of the rollers that hit and scratched our car every rotation.

I really appreciate this service. Very convenient , and help my car stay clean . That being said on more than one occasion some of the rollers don't work. Also the first main roller doesn't clean the back of my small SUV very well at all. So after the wash I have to wipe it down to get remaining dirt off. But still a good treat.

Been waiting for these "improvements" why said they were making, while they admitted their equipment wasn't up to par. Since Tsunami took over, I can only see that they've put up new lights and signs. The poor wash quality and lack of drying (that has been a problem for over a year) means that you have to pull over, get towels and hand dry your vehicle and clean the parts the wash missed. I don't see how they can charge for a full wash knowing that it is not working correctly. Yesterday I pulled over to hand dry my car after their dryers did nothing, and all the clean towels were folded damp ( that means they will soon contain mold- thank you). They never have the express lane open so if you give them $ each month for a pass, you get to wait in line just like everyone else.
