Tsunami Express Car Wash

Found a free Instagram coupon, had to try! Was quickly ushered right on through by the friendly staff who scrabbled my free wash code on a screen, wish they had a way to remotely text and pay your way to avoid rolling down windows, that would be a superior setup! Took my mom's Prius through as a good son gesture, for free or under ten bucks this is a great run. But yes, Lafayette offers wild competition with washes and Tsunami, Crew, Car Washers, and others don't quite do anything for their high prices. There's no crew at the front or end like Fast Eddie's prepping nor that nice terry cloth wipe down. For now I'm still a Fast Eddie's wash Wednesday recommendation!

Went through 3 times and this was the result. This is the worst wash I've ever experienced. How does it get absolutely nothing off? It actually makes it worse. I also now have yellow paint spots on my car.. maybe someone went in a truck with open paint cans? For supposedly being the best wash at a whopping $20 for one time or $45 a month this is just unacceptable. People are only rating it 5 stars because they are getting free washes. Once the grand opening is over I don't see anyone rating this very well.

What a great experience at Tsunami Express Car Wash! They had free on demand multi-cleaner and free air! Not to mention their amazing mat washer and vacuums. Definitely recommend getting a membership!!!

AVOID. The machine can damage your car and the staff will tell you they are not at fault. I went opening day, the 12th, for a "free" wash. Got on the conveyor following the staff instructions, no issues. Its a car wash, how hard could it be?. The car in front of me in line stopped moving, and I was drug into it. It took the employees long enough listening to me lay on the horn to stop that the large SUV behind me was drug into my car at least 3 times. The management firstly told me they "were not at fault" and offered me a free wash (LOL). After I called LPD, the car wash then offered to let me complete an incident report and assured me they would contact me with 48 hours after they investigated with all their high end "AI Cameras" - that seemingly cant detect 3 cars smashing together nor

Not too bad, but did not Clean the front of my car there were still tons of bugs and Road muck on the front not impressed with their top-of-the-line wash
