Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

I called before to get a rough estimate, without seeing the car, the guy was kind and informative. Went in and everyone was very pleasant. Was impressed with their online system to pick and choose what work had to be done and what could wait. Will use tuffys again! (I called all three locations around me and each of them were very very kind before I took my car in)

I really appreciate the amazing service from this Tuffy location. I booked an appointment online and when I arrived, I was greeted by Dustin at the counter and he got my vehicle in right away. After the inspection, Instead of just saying "you need new brakes" Dustin took the time to show me photos of my brakes and explained exactly what should be done now and why, and what could wait. I ended up having the front brakes replaced, which they completed while I waited. I also dealt with Tom who took my payment after the work was completed, and I have to say between Dustin and Tom I don't think I've ever dealt with more professional and friendly people at an auto service center! They earned my future business and I will be returning for all of my oil changes and vehicle maintenance going forwar

10/10 experience at this location. Tom (the service advisor) was very nice and helped answer all the questions I had. Matt (the tech) did phenomenal work on my car. The service and customer service was excellent and the atmosphere is unmatched to any company. If you need to get work done on your car then call Matt.

August 11th 2025 I towed my truck to the tuffys on Palm Beach in fort myers because my truck died and wouldn't start ran great before. I was told needed a cluster then 4 month later waiting patiently asked what's going on found out the manager was fired. New manager starts tells me that there is a lot more wrong . My budget at first was 1500 they told me $2,000 with discount of 100 bucks I said okay let's get it fixed I was patient the entire time. Then I called for update for them to tell me my truck is ready. As I drive off the caliber is locked up almost causing me to lose steering and would not stay running. So I had it towed back to the shop for them to tell me they was told just to get it to communicate not run correctly also it might need a timing chain and has a radiator leak behin

My Tuffy Team are good people. Dropped my car off in the morning and asked if it was possible to get it back at 3? We will try but hard to promise right now. No worries I responded, just let me know. 1:45 pm phone rings, “you car is ready.”
