Tupelo Tire and Wheel

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I had brakes, rotors, and tires replaced here in late August for around $1,200. My vehicle started making a loud grinding noise and was not stopping properly, which is a serious safety issue. I took it back to Tupelo Tire and Wheel in February to have them check the work they had just done months prior. First they told me it was hub bearings, so I paid another $515 to replace those. The noise never went away. I brought the vehicle back again and was told it just needed grease. The noise continued. I returned again and was told it was a rock. The grinding noise was still there and, on top of that, my pre-collision system started malfunctioning after I left their shop, which also affected cruise control and traction control. We blew 2 tires on our 5th wheel trailer. 235-80-R16's. They were able to take us in right away and worked with our warranty company to get the full amount paid for. Amazing service, super friendly and very efficient. Thank you guys so much for getting us back in the road.

Needed new tires and came across the website for Tupelo Tire and Wheel. I found the tires I wanted and received a quote online. They got my truck in out as fast as they could, even parking it right by the front door. They did an amazing job. I’ll be bringing my wife’s car next.
