This "repair shop" is a flat out joke. We had my fiancé's truck stuck there for roughly 2 months and could never get ahold of anyone to even go over an estimate and actually find out what was wrong with the truck! We repeatedly had to go over to the shop and make face to face contact with someone every time to find out the smallest bit of information each time with a half apology and promise of staying in communication which never happened, and he even had the audacity at one point to blame their system going down (are you using that excuse for a whole month of not communicating with us?) This is the worst "business" I've ever seen run. To be determined if they actually fixed the issue.

Turner Auto is the most honest, trustworthy, reliable Auto repair shop. Phil, the owner, is patient and explains in detail work to be done. He does not do anything that is not necessary. Along with Phil, and his mechanic, James, I am in good hands. They take excellent care of me and my Hummer! Cindy

Phil Turner was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative on the problems I had with my truck and was able to fix it in a timely manner. His experience and knowledge saved me from Spending time, money, and hassle that other companies normally do. Very honest and polite.

I have three 7.3 Ford F350 that I use for business. Phillip Turner is very thorough when diagnosing problems and is reasonable with his prices. My business is in Mt. Pleasant but I will not take my trucks anywhere else for repairs or service

Worst place ever to get your vehicle fixed. They had my truck for 2 1/2 months and didn't fix a thing. I had an appointment and everything. Then when I decided to get my truck back they wanted to charge me $490. Saying its for the labor to check it. But when I called with another number and asked how much it cost to get my truck looked at he said $125. They also put a dent on the back of my truck and a broken tail light. My truck was ruining but wanted it to get looked at before I go on a long distant trip. Whatever you do don't go to them. They're scammers. And over priced.
