I was transiting from Saint John NB to Bangor for a flight, we hit a large bolt/screw about 60 kilometres away from Bangor, which caused a steady leak in our rear right tire. While en route, the screw must have let loose, so it completely deflated, and I found myself changing the tire on the side of the highway 5 miles from Twin City Tire Tube at 11 in the morning, where we needed to be at the airport for 1145. The staff sent a truck to their storage area to source a single rear right tire for us, and were waiting for our arrival when we came in with our SUV. They had us in and out in less than 20 minutes, as one was removing the spare tire, while another tech was installing the new tire on the rim. I brought my 2018 Jeep Compass with over 126,000 miles in to have it balanced and aligned. During the service it was discovered it needed some parts; they were able to get those locally. There's a comfortable waiting area, with the added need of the repair, my service was completed in about two hours. They were conscientious of the concern I had over my vehicle and they clearly explained what I needed to know and provided me with a great printout for the service done that day. I noticed immediately that my vehicle I was riding more smoothly and later that day I had an opportunity to drive a long distance and was pleased with how it performed at higher speeds. They were pleasant and efficient and they exhibit with each other that they are a supportive team.
