All the Mechanics that we dealt with at this VIP were absolutely amazing! We appreciated their thoroughness, honesty and attention to detail (even with the repairs that we had to pay for or go through our warranty company). We left feeling like we finally found a shop that we can return to and put our faith in. Thanks especially to Paul for going above and beyond for our vehicle.

Had an amazing experience today with Paul Perez! Needed a valve stem replaced he did all 4 and balanced the tires. He took it right in as soon as we inquired and had us back on the road in no time at all. I highly recommend this location! Fast, friendly, and prompt service! Thank you , Paul!

Our breakdown in our Jeep Cherokee on a snowy trip To Bangor turned out to be a fun day off of work thanks to VIPTires&Service.Paul at the service counter squeezed me into his schedule and Chad and his crew went to town on the problems,gave me good advice and after a few laughs and stories(you know how guys get w/shop talk) We were on our way.Great service and people who understand! Had a good experience at Brewer location recently. Paul is professional and communicates patiently with me which I really appreciate as someone who does not know much about cars and as a female who brings in the car alone. I also noticed good interaction among his co-workers and between his team and other customers. It feels like they truly care about providing honest evaluations/recommendations about the cars. Not to mention they work efficiently and get me out quick. Highly recommended! Will be going to this location from now on.

I am a regular and I always feel like they are foremost interested in the safety of my vehicle. I have never felt pressured, just educated. If price is your thing, they will match any advertised price. They know their stuff.
