Twisted Wrench

Very busy shop, still scheduled undercoating despite being so busy. Service manager VERY polite, courteous and informative. Service took about 1 hour. I will use Twisted for all services on my Acura MDX SH-AWD.

This is a super honest and kind shop. They’ve helped me make tough decisions about my very old car, prioritize repairs (knowing which can wait), and have been super responsive to all of my questions. They also treat their customers like real people! I’m so happy I found them.

Exceptional is a word that doesn't even compare to the above and beyond service I consistently recieve from Twisted Wrench. Their staff is knowledgeable, personable, kind, flexible, and competent.

Changing from 5 to 2 (edit, to 1). Had a great first experience. Terrible experience today. It is unprofessional to give a loaner out with an empty tank of gas. It is unprofessional to give a loaner out with ice on the windshield, especially with no scraper. It is unprofessional to loan out a vehicle with its check engine light and tire pressure lights on. You lost my trust on that loaner. I have no reason to trust the incredibly high quote you gave me if I can't even drive the loaner out of the lot safely. Edit: to your edit, this isn't a conversation. It's a review. It is not incorrect to correlate the quality and condition of a repair vehicle with the quote. Both are a matter of trust. I can't trust you're taking good care of my vehicle if you'd don't take good care of your own. You

Good service and the car came back in good shape. They weren’t up front about their price changes and it was expensive but otherwise it was a good experience.
