I never would have expected a dealership to treat me and my car troubles like I was family to them, but Tyrrell really does. Melissa is so warm and bright. She's got a way with people and truly cares. Rich, Tommy, and Bill are all amazing individuals, too. I leave my vehicle there for servicing feeling confident that it is in the right hands. I know I'm taken care of. That is so rare in a world like this. Thank you, fam. I am forever grateful.

Very impressed with Tyrrell Chevrolet’s mobile repair service. I had a flat tire on the way to work. I called them and they sent their mobile repair van to get it fixed right away. They had it fixed in a timely manner and did the tire repair all for FREE! Great service and coming to me made it very convenient!

Around 2020 I tried looking at cars here and when it came to getting my car appraised I was told my car was worth $200 and that they’d turn and sell it for $6k. I ended up at Halladay where they gave me a way better deal for my car and in return I purchased with them. Felt very belittled by Tyrell because of that comment. Last year, a light came on in my car and after multiple times of it being looked at, I spoke with Melissa (I think) here at Tyrell Chevy and she was awesome!! Got me in right away and was able to tell me in one visit exactly what was going on (a recall) and got me fixed up! In fact, I haven’t had a problem with it since. I felt way better than that initial visit and thought I’d give them another chance because of her. I went in today to look at what I thought was a great

Mikaela, my salesperson was amazing. From the time I walked in the door she was extremely helpful and patient with me. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and she made sure I was getting the best deal possible. She also communicated with my co-signer which helped ease the process. She is truly a gem to have. This was the most painless process I have been through. I love her!
