Dear Sarah and the Tyrrell Honda Team, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent vehicle trade-in. Sarah Ladner was instrumental in helping us transition from our 2025 SUV into a brand new 2026 Honda HR-V. Sarah was incredibly mindful of our time and specific requirements. She went above and beyond by coming in on her day off to personally ensure our new vehicle was delivered. I was also particularly touched by how she interacted with my pre-teen son, taking the time to engage with him and watch his YouTube videos. Furthermore, the team’s ability to source the exact car I wanted from a nearby dealership saved us from a lengthy wait for a vehicle in transit. These guys were amazing! Cheryl found us a vehicle that not only fit out budget but that we love! The whole process was smooth and they worked with me even though I don’t have perfect credit! All in all, would totally recommend!

Had a pretty bad experience with this service department today. I do first want to point out though that my service tech Sharon was amazing, very helpful, and supportive, couldn't wish for a better service tech. The issue lies within the pricing and practices of this service department. I had my 2014 Honda Civic throw codes this morning and give me an "Check Emmisions System" notification, as well as a check engine light. I took it upon myself to check the codes and provide what I found to the dealership and just have them double check and put the replacement part on that I needed (for what was most likely throwing the codes). I was then charged $186 for an diagnostic test that took them 15 minutes, and what is what I had already done. They then wanted to charge me another $186 on top of
