Uftring Nissan, Inc. Service

All the employees at Uftring Nissan were very polite and accommodating. Dylan Roberts was very knowledgeable about my Rogue which needed the remote start replaced. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty and did not have to pay any charges. This repair was done quickly and their shuttle service was extremely helpful taking me to and from work. I would say this dealership has their act together. I would recommend the dealership and also my salesman Wes Fisher, helpful but never pushy!

I am a 22 year old woman who has never had her own car or even been in an auto shop. I recently bought my own and was nervous when I started experiencing an oil leak. I’ve heard the rumors of being taken advantage of when you don’t know cars, especially as a woman, but that’s been the opposite of my experience at Uftring Nissan in Peoria. They have great integrity. Dylan Robert has kept me updated throughout the whole process and has explained everything they’re doing and why. He’s gone above and beyond through my time there so far. I've had to take my car in twice dealing with bad sensors in my mid roll seat belts. The first time they could not even see a problem. The second time I was told that a sensor was on order to replace a faulty one. It's been about two weeks and I have heard nothing about the replacement part, nor have I received a return call for a voice-mail that I left asking about it. On the positive side, they did wash my car when I was there for my second visit. Overall, I'm disappointed with the service.

Took my 2013 Nissan juke in for work and ended up buying the loner they let me use for the week. Joe Phillips, Chris Rocke, Bob Barnes,Nick Brent, and Casey in service have taken care of my family for 25 years. They are the reason that I still have Nissans ! They are the best at what they do and the reason that dealership is successful! They also have a very good supporting cast.
