Ultimate Tire and Total Car Care

We were calling around for a shop to install 4 tires and almost everyone we called were 2 or more weeks out, when we called ultimate tire and spoke with Scott he got us in immediately, same day. When we arrived his parking lot was absolutely full of vehicles but that didn't stop him from getting to ours as well, he estimated an hour and 20 minutes and I kid you not that vehicle was parked at the front door ready to go in an hour and 15 minutes, the service you get is second to none, we can't thank Scott and the crew at ultimate enough for always going above and beyond, for always delivering excellent customer service and to Scott and the crew you aren't a number, you aren't just the next customer, youre a friend and neighbor in the community. What a great experience! Thanks guys

This place is so filthy and disgusting to say the least. You can clearly tell no one cares about cleanliness, the restrooms, the filth, the dust covering everything and when you bring it up to them they get an attitude and told me "If you are so concerned about the cleanliness then fill out an application and it can be your job" Are you kidding me? I will never return and suggest you choose elsewhere. If they treat their customers this way and do not even bother to clean then I can imagine what corners they cut when working on your vehicles too. You see the 5 star reviews? Well thats because they give you $25 off your bill if you show them that you left a 5 star review LMAO Buying reviews because they cant earn them honestly.

Can not thank these guys enough! We broke down 2.5 hours from home and need to get back on the road. They pushed us ahead to find out we needed a radiator and got it replaced and got us back on the road same day! Thank you so much for great service! 10 stars

The service here is excellent. They have always been so good to me, getting me in quick, being thorough, and steering me in the most reasonable directions. I appreciate them so much! 10 stars if i could.

The whole team was so great! I had a break down on my way back to the cities. They were the only ones in the area that would get me in right away, or at all for weeeeks. Assessed and gave me a breakdown same day. Owner is amazing; so personable and understanding. He gave me a quote same day, and was only .44 cents different from payment after work done. Technicians and all around were great - really made sure I had a good running vehicle to get home; could tell they cared about me. My heros that day. Truly no one else in the area was willing to help. And I got a followup call next day after work was done - making sure I made it home safe and all was running good. Thank you Ultimate Tire! I will remember your care for me for years to come. ❤️
