I’ve purchased four vehicles from this BMW dealership and have been servicing my cars here for the past 10 years. Over the years, I’ve worked with several different service advisors, and the experience has consistently been excellent every time. Scheduling is easy. I can usually get an appointment as soon as the next day, and the process is always smooth and professional. The advisors are knowledgeable, transparent, and keep me updated throughout the service. I never feel pressured, and everything is explained clearly. It’s rare to find a service department that maintains the same level of quality and consistency year after year, but this team really does. That’s a big reason why I continue to purchase and service my vehicles here. Highly recommend.

Great experience at union park bmw service department, had some concerns about my M240i, jackson took care of everything from A to Z after sending me the video taken by the technician explaining everything professionally & he updated me daily until parts from Germany got delivered , also had some questions about the screen display & options, kyle (genuis) explained everything to me and he went over all the options and features in the car, very helpful & professional team! After finishing paper work with advisor, danielle (manager) double checked with me & made sure everything was good.
