Union Park Honda provided quick and convenient service. They took me in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and had me out within 2 hours with fresh oil and transmission fluid. When something was off about the pricing they took care of it! Great people that care about what they do and their relationships with their customers.
I have been taking their services since 2016 for two Honda accord. Service was great until new manager Tylor joined . I had to replace transmission as they say oil was leaking internally. But I know they did this intentionally. They had unplugged AC fan connection during oil change. I find after service and fix it in other shop. So until this manager is changed i would not recommend anyone to do business with them.
Best first dealer experience! My car had been having some audio troubles and I came in asking for help. Service took no longer than 30 minutes and I was not charged at all:)
The service department is great very trustworthy. I appreciate all you do knowledgeable great staff. I'm thankful I can trust all my Car needs to this department.
Don't take your car to this place, I take may 2024 honda crv hybrid sport to this place 6 times for service and they give me a paper with nice convince letter but never did the service today I decided to check my air en cabin filter and they never changed Don't trust on them. Make sure you marke everything before go there and chek it back after they finish. Thy have license to rober you. Don't trust
