John spent nearly an hour with me diagnosing a problem with my Subaru Outback, nearly 30 minutes of that on the road trying to narrow down the problem. He identified the problem, told me where I could get reasonably priced parts, or he would do so. We arranged a service appointment and 3 hours later the issue was resolved. Two other service centers, failed to identify the issue and wanted to just start replacing parts with no idea of the issue. Terrific service.

My wife's 2003 Honda Civic went in for a rebuild. An issue developed 6 months later. John, the owner, honored the 3 yr warranty fixed the problem quick and with no charge. The A+ rating his shop has from the BBB is well deserved. I will tell anybody who needs transmission work to go to him. Thanks again, John.

Fixed my CRV, it had a faulty torque converter. Which honda should of replac3d for freesince that year and model were faulty. She runs great....9 years later ♡
