Unlimited Towing & Recovery

Ever had a day that made no sense? Well today was mine. I’m in the center lane of three lanes. A car in the right lane pulled in front of me which was not an issue but my truck has a collision awareness system and it activated which was still no issue. Now my dash lights up to “repress start”, which I had never seen before but now my truck has flat out quit, motor is off moving down the road at 70 MPH. Left lane is clear so moved completely off the road on to the shoulder. Confused but tried to restart the truck but got nothing. After several attempts called the dealership, their answer is call On Star ask for a tow. On Star made arrangements for Unlimited Towing which I’m grateful for their service. Ty was the driver and he kept me informed of how he was going to handle the hook up

Jason was awesome ! Came right away even though it was early lol. He communicated everything and made sure I had what I needed for him to put my truck in the driveway haha definitely using them again !

Showed up super quick to help me move a huge 2000 gallon concrete tank. Very unique situation for a wrecker service but Andrew was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend and will call again. Thank y’all!

She handled my vehicle with great care and made sure everything was secure before transporting it. She was also very patient, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you meet someone who clearly takes pride in their work, but Shonny definitely does. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend requesting her. Excellent service all around! 🚗✨

Jason was great!!! My car was completely dead, not responding to anything I tried including a jumpstart. I called unlimited towing to tow it to the dealer, but Jason took the time when he arrived to explore different options, tell us what he knew about the type of car battery I had, behaviors he’s seen. He had detailed knowledge on the engine specifications of my car, and was able to successfully do a jumpstart with that knowledge. The car started and while it wouldn’t restart without a jumpstart support, he gave us god advice on how to proceed. I ended up driving to the dealership myself (without shutting it off) and without risking the car being loaded on the tow truck. Jason was so personable and helpful and had a lot of information for us.
