Us 70 inspection alignment & more

I really like this inspection shop. I took my 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 here and the whole process was fast and simple—about 10 minutes tops. All I needed was my registration and I was good to go. Later that day I realized I had handed them the wrong registration/inspection info at first, so I had to come back. I was worried I’d have to wait a long time or pay again, but they handled it right away with no hassle and no extra charge. Super smooth service, and it was only around $13. I’ll be bringing my other vehicles here too.

I went for a state inspection, was told that I would be out of there within 10-15 minutes, because I let them know that's all the time I had while using my break for work. While the vehicle was done in 15 minutes they parked it in the very center of the driveway of the parking lot for another 15 minutes of it just sitting there with no one in sight before I was eventually able to find an employee so that I could pay the bill. I was not updated on any extra time, in-fact all the employees suddenly disappeared as soon as my vehicle was done and I waited twice the time I was quoted for no apparent reason, making me unnecessarily late for work. Reasonable price, but customer service needs work.

I've gone to this location for 9 years to get my car inspection. They are polite and very quick. But, most of all, they are honest with reasonable prices. Great place for car care. Update, I took my SUV here for a oil change, I have been coming here for over 9 years for my inspection, since they appeared friendly I thought they knew what they were doing. I bought my own oil and air filter. I parked my SUV in my garage and notice oil leaking. I went back to them and was told it was a washer around the plug. I went to get the washer and was brushed off that they don't know what the problem is. My SUV was not leaking before I got there. I don't recommend oil changes and the rudeness after being a loyal customer has now gone to a zero stars if I could. Family please switch.
