Valvoline Instant Oil Change

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Evan, the manager, was easy to talk to and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Mya did an awesome job getting the process started, visually showing all filters that could be changed and was friendly and professional from the beginning. The whole team (James & Phillip) was super quick and thorough, I was in and out faster than expected, but they still took the time to explain everything clearly. Really appreciate the efficiency and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

Evan was great, and so was the entire team! He explained everything to me in detail, and he also let me know that since I have a 2020 Kia Sportage, they can start burning oil after around 75k miles meaning I should get oil changes more frequently than the regular 5k miles. I really appreciated the honesty and the time he took to make sure I understood everything. I had an issue prior to this visit, but after talking with him, I will definitely be returning to this location! Evan was amazing, and the whole team deserves recognition. Highly recommend !!

Every employee is so kind. They update you on every step of the car care, provide every option possible (without exaggeration or just trying to get money out of you), and are so quick. The convenience is so nice and I love the transparency! Best oil change + registration ever :)

Evan has got to be the happiest and kindest dude I’ve ever met. I took my two kids in for the dreaded oil change and he was immediately handing out suckers and chatting with them. They got me in & out quick & we’re beyond kind! Thank you Evan!
