Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was traveling and needed air in my tires. I stopped at two gas stations either the air don’t work or they did offer air. The guys at Valvoline took care of me so I could continue my travels with peace of mind. Very cold day too! I stayed warm in my car!

The technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products and services. They were very professional! They treated me well and made sure I understood everything they were reviewing with me. No pressure from them, just good advice.

Tried to scam me! I paid for a coolant flush, their machine doesn't fit my Jeep Wrangler so they were unable to flush or exchange the fluid. Said they were going to refund me but never did. Good thing I paid with a credit card so I can charge back if they don't resolve this issue. It also doesn't look like my oil filter was changed during my oil change.

They were super friendly and fast. Mr. Jamie was very knowledgeable and helpful about what i need to do to keep my vehicle running good and didn't try to make me buy something that wasn't necessary like some oil change places do.

I cant say enough good about VIOC in Chester, VA. Reyner, Jamie and Davieon are great guys and really know their stuff with these vehicles. Reyner was very informative in letting me know all service options. Jamie and Davieon were fast but very professional they know their stuff. Come on by and give these guys your business and the best thing you dont have to get out your car and go sit in a lobby. Great place and i highly recommend
