Very easy and quick. I was able to stay in my car during the whole service and that was very convenient. The technician was very thorough and gave me good advise about what to do about future services. He even told me that I really need to get new tires and a wheel alignment. I appreciate that level of customer service even if it meant that I went somewhere else. Very happy.

I went there on Dec 26 to get an oil change. Not sure what they did but my 2024 car was definitely driving different. To the point where my sister mentions it to me when driving my car. I took my car back and the manager tried to tell me it was a tire issue. I know what a tire issue sounds like. It was not my tire. They went under my car again. It felt like they were tighten something. All I know is when I left the second time my car was driving normal. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT GO THERE!

Last time I came here, I got an oil change that was quite high and today I asked specifically for a lower more affordable oil change just a regular oil change. The workers don’t care and they will charge you the highest oil change cost. Please be careful they were just trying to make money. They don’t care about your car. I specifically asked them to do the most affordable and they didn’t care.

With a few upgrades, new management and name this Oil Change Shop is no longer 8 Minute Oil Change in Colonia. It's now Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I was directed by Eric, Assistant Manager as to how to proceed for an oil change. The car driver remains inside the car during the oil change. The oil change process can be seen from inside the car and after the oil is changed the employee shows you proof of your new oil. There is no waiting room. I found the team of Valvoline to be friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. The process was documented via digital input and a follow up email is sent with a report of the status of the car prior to the oil change and also some professional recommendations for additional steps and or repairs that may be needed to maximize vehicle opera
