Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Been to Vavoline plenty in the past, usually one of the better quick service places. But today was rough, I was told I could get $15 off by getting a car wash next door. Got the wash and came back and they said they actually didnt have a code for that anymore and couldn't give me the discount. They also couldn't figure out how to change the taillight bulb I needed replaced so guess I'll work on that at home myself. If only the 3 other guys blasting music in the bay could've helped while I was the only one there. Pretty low bar for quick serve places that couldn't even be cleared today.

The technicians that were working on my vehicle had a difficult time changing my oil due to the my previous oil change being completed incorrectly. They were very patient with me and went above and beyond to repair my car because I need a new oil filter cup. I recommend them to anyone and I will continue to bring my car there versus the dealership.

They are so good here! Amazing customer service even in super cold weather conditions. They work hard and look out for you. Team members are hardworking and deserve some recognition! Honest people and knowledgeable!

The employees have been extremely rude the past two times that I have been here. I have worked in customer facing positions my entire career and I wanted to give the employees the benefit of the doubt because I know what its like to deal with people all day. I believe his name is Kaleb (the guy with the glasses) was having a bad day last time I was here so I brushed his rudeness off. He changed my oil again and I won't be coming back because of him and the other people that worked tonight. I felt bad for coming 22 minutes before closing but I was extremely friendly. I heard one of employees say something mean about my car being a Toyota and the fact that I bought it from a Honda dealership (maybe because my car wasn't a certified Toyota? Do not visit this place. Staff is poor, rude and lazy. Wanted simple tire rotation like they did 6 months ago. Kid with hoops in his ears said the weight of the vehicle might be too much. If you got it done six months ago that was different managment. He went to the driver door and looked at the sticker then said yep, too heavy. Funny thing is, the weight of the vehicle is not posted on the driver's door... what a poser. Avoid this place for anything.
