There was a long line when I arrived, but the team kept everyone informed about the expected wait time, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was exceptionally kind and courteous throughout the entire visit. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt a bit nervous, but they made the experience smooth, easy, and seamless. I truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to returning for my next oil change.

My experience at Valvoline was outstanding, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by the technician, Danny. From the moment I arrived, Danny was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each step of the oil change, answered my questions honestly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in the service being performed. The process was quick, smooth, and stress-free, and the attention to detail truly stood out.

Chris was amazingly helpful and insightful explaining the process and considerations for my vehicle. The process was seamless and quick. The vehicle is running so much better, notable difference! Will definitely return.

Respect the customers and be transparent! I visited this location on 11/30/25 to use a 25% Thanksgiving promotion on their site that was ending that day. While I typically use Groupon coupons for better pricing, I chose the direct discount after reading negative reviews about Groupon experiences at some locations. When I presented the 25% coupon, the staff member announced it loudly to colleagues, which resulted in some unprofessional laughter. Although they honored the coupon, this response was disrespectful considering the company actively promotes these offers to attract customers. Additionally, unlike other locations I frequent, the staff here did not demonstrate transparency by showing me the full synthetic oil being added to my vehicle, despite my paying for full synthetic oil.
