Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Have been coming here for years and won’t go anywhere else. Service is fast and very thorough, they explain everything. Marissa helped with the services this visit, she was really great and knowledgeable. Explained what services were due, gave me a printout, and went through which ones she thought were the most important to keep my vehicle running well. They aren’t pushy ever, just explain what is needed and what can wait. Coupons usually available thru email or online.

I recently visited Valvoline in Hanover, Massachusetts, with my 2021 tundra. Unfortunately, it started leaking oil shortly after the service. Now, everything in my truck is covered in oil, and I'll have to wash it, clean my driveway, and waste more time changing the oil again. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Last night I visited your Hanover location and it was a wonderful experience. A friend had suggested your quick and easy oil change and she was not wrong. I interacted with 5 of your service team members during my visit as they passed by, gave me queues, took payment, asked questions-they were all so friendly to me as well as to each other. It’s unique to see such a positive, happy work place. Thank you for a fantastic experience. I will be back and I will make sure to share this experience with others.

Brennan is an exceptionally kind and dedicated individual. I was truly pleased to see him earn the management position, as it is well deserved. Given his contributions and leadership, I believe he would also be deserving of a salary increase.

I came for an oil change midday on a busy Saturday midday. I made a last minute decision to get my oil change as I was passed due. Of four lanes, I was directed into lane 1 where I was first in line waiting for a car in the bay to have their oil change completed. As I sat a waited more cars lined up in the lanes next to me. Time started to tick by, and I noticed that the cars next to me that had arrived after me were starting to be called into their service bays and having their oil changes started. I continued to wait. I notice now another rotation of cars next to me are called into their bays, and I realize I have now sat and watched two rotations of oil changes happening on all other lanes, and yet, after 40 minutes of waiting, I am still sitting waiting for my bay to free up.
