Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I will not be going to the valoline on garden mile road . The guy with the black hat tall skinny guy. He was rude and disrespectful. He thought I didn't see the sign he was just moving too slow . The other guy I was focusing on more . He was hopeful and understood the whole assignment. Plus the rude one wanted me to take my car to Kenny's Auto 😆. No, no , no I don't take my car to just anyone. So bad for business. Have a blessed day.

Great place and friendly, helpful associates! What bothers me is I paid over $100 for a synthetic oil change even after my coupon! I would be more satisfied if I could use my military discount ALONG with coupons I get in the mail.

I came here for a simple oil change and the service was very unprofessional. After finishing the oil change, the technician was about to send me off without resetting my oil-life light or even mentioning that they didn’t know how. I had to bring it up myself, and the tech admitted they ‘don’t really know how to do that on newer cars.’ If a shop can’t handle something basic like resetting the indicator, it makes me question the quality of the work being done under the hood. That’s not a service I can trust. I won’t be returning.

I was highly satisfied with my experience the staff was friendly, very knowledgeable and quick. We were in and out in just a matter of minutes. Communication between the staff was great also working together to get the job done efficiently.

They were quick and professional with get my vehicle serviced, and even opened early to get me in and started.
