I appreciate the teams concerns to be a money saver and practice safe ethics to protect the companies business. It shows they are truly dedicated to Valvolines mission statement and purpose. However on a hot 99 degree weathered day just getting off of a stressful day of work dealing with a combative dementia patient and a broken AC producing hot air and having to ride with my windows down 1hr 5 minutes away from home, i stop by the shop hoping to get an ac charge but was denied and turned away to go to a dealership instead. I didn’t mind paying for a charge up even if it wouldn’t last , but at that moment it would have relieved my discomfort and possibilty of developing a heat stroke to get some cool air . Stopped here for an inspection and it took less than 5 minutes. Didn’t even have to get out of my car. All the gentleman working were very nice and helpful. I will be back for more service- good customer service can be hard to find!
