Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have been using Valvoline probably 10+ years for all of my company trucks. The service quality has greatly diminished over the 10 years today. I spent $400 at Valvoline and they couldn’t even get my oil wiped off the fill cap on my truck dirty handprints everywhere oil left on the differential from where they flushed. It oil left all over my transmission dipstick and then I had 9 pounds of tire pressure difference between my right side and left side. I will not use your service again and I highly recommend others check all your services before they leave the property to make sure it was done as stated.

This is the most professional oil change business I’ve ever used. What I like about it is that they can check my tires and replace wiper blades, bulbs and it’s all very reasonably priced. No pressure to purchase things you don’t need, quick and professional. I appreciate this type of Business behavior because I’m an older female I don’t wanna have to worry about being pressured to buy things I don’t need and I can depend on them to be honest.

Daniel was very professional in the oil change service. I also got all filters and a burnt out bulb changed. Thankfully he was able to remove the rats nest that was found in the compartment where the cabin filter was. High level of service. Great employees. Will be back for all my maintenance needs.

I wanted a transmission flush, I sat in the bay for 30 min until my information was taken, then another 20 or so before the service was started and I payed before the service had begun. When the service was started I was given a 15-20 min completion time. No problem. After that the communication almost stopped, they had trouble operation the machine and needed to contact help on the operation. I only knew this, because I overheard the shift lead talking on the phone. Another 40 min or so goes by, and while all of this is happening, oil changes are starting to stack up. I'm all but abandoned, save for allowing my engine to heat up, in the bay at this point with no communication as to what's going on. They push a bunch of oil changes in other bays through, and finally they get back to me. I'
