Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had to get a oil change on a work van which is under a fleet and I asked for an Oil change and they let me know on the charge of the battery and it was at the Replace line so I had them Replace the Battery as well, but they started doing the rear differential without me knowing about it and another worker was walking in and a very nice guy and I asked him what the other guy was doing under the van and he told me they were doing the rear differential and I told him that I didn't authorize it and then he asked me if I authorized wiper blades and I said no. I also told him the only thing I authorized was for the Oil Change and to Replace the Battery and that was it. I also told him they haven't showed me the air filter yet or replaced the battery and so the guy that was nice and very friend

I had never used this place; but my car started running extremely rough & transmission light came on. It was closest place- I stopped and asked for help and Ben was so kind & helpful. We wouldn't have made it home without the help today and I cannot express how grateful I am for the professionalism and knowledge. Will definitely be coming back to Valvoline from now on. Thank you again!!

Lee was funny, personable, and made me feel comfortable while getting my oil changed. This was my first experience at a quick change company and I was extremely impressed. The team worked well together and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs. Lee told me what was recommended but was not pushy and explained each part as it was being completed. He had to order a filter for my VW and they brought it quickly to get it changed. I will definitely recommend your services and will be back as a repeat customer. 🙂

I was on the road in the midst of a trip and had a message pop up on the oil. Stopped in to this Valvoline and had great service on my foreign vehicle from Lee and Andrew. Lee was very thorough and I felt comforted in the advice they gave me on what needed to be completed. Thanks to the whole great team, I was back on the road and able to get on with completing my trip.
