Valvoline Instant Oil Change

One or two guys here were very professional and getting the job done. Then there was the half dozen guys standing around and running out the clock. They changed the oil and the truck didn’t break down - so that was nice. Overall it was an ok job. Not the cheapest place for an instant oil change, but I like that you stay inside the vehicle here. No oily waiting room with dirty chairs.

I pulled in due to light on my dash. Turns out my engine coolant was very, very low. Kevin explained what services they offered and their cost. Brandon flushed my radiator and I also had my oil changed. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I am so happy I stopped. You now have a customer for life. Thank you so much for these services you offer. I can't recommend your company highly enough.

My husband and I just left here after TWO hours waiting then having an oil change and tire rotation. At one point there were six people standing at the front of our vehicle doing nothing but talking. We were in Bay 2. Bay 1 & 3 each had two vehicles done and out while our car waited and was then worked on. This is the second time this has happened. Management should watch their video surveillance and do some training!!!

i usually go to my dealership for my oil change but they didn’t have any openings. i decided to go to valvoline for the first time in years. i was very pleased with the service and staff. my oil change was quick, all of the staff working were very friendly and were very thorough. i will definitely come back here for my oil changes!

From the time I pulled in, Domonic was so professional and polite. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and informed me of the necessary vehicle maintenance requirements. All of your associates make recommendations but Domonic took the time to tell me why I needed certain services and what would happen over time if I failed to get these services he recommended. He was very informative. Everyone was great!! I failed to get the names of other who were involved like the young lady who initially directed me to my bay and the young gentleman that checked my oil pressure, as well as Braxton. This crew is top notch when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE!
