Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Just had an oil change on my 2014 RAM. No wait, stayed in the truck, quick and easy. HT and the guys were quick, efficient, and beyond courteous. You won’t find a nicer group of folks anywhere. And a free car wash to boot. 5 Stars all the way around! Thanks guys and Merry Christmas!!!

I stopped at this Valvoline for a quick oil change and was blown away by the service. Nichole was the one who handled my car, and you can tell she takes real pride in her work. She explained everything clearly and checked things I didn’t even know could be checked. What really stood out was how thorough and honest she was—no pressure, no upselling, just solid advice about what actually needed attention. It’s rare these days to find someone who is both friendly and truly knowledgeable, but she nailed it. Valvoline needs more employees like this!

Was so grateful I saw they did state inspections as I was driving around today! I went to 3 other places and their inspectors were off or were away and wouldn't be back for over an hour. Mind you this was at 10:30am. Pulled into the lot and asked if they were doing inspectors today and if they were available. Nichole let me know they would get me taken care of. I thanked her, was told where I could wait and within what felt like no time at all- maybe 5 minutes, no more than 10- the gentleman (I forgot to get his name!) had the inspection done and I was rolling into the attached car wash since I was already there. They were great, professional and fast. Will be coming back for sure when I need something done while in town. I work in New Bern and live in Greenville. Finding someplace close

Brian and the lady working there were great and intentional with explaining necessary services. My previous experience at the valvoline on M.L.K. they told me my oil filter or something was on too tight so they couldn’t change my oil. Brian told me tha was false and confirmed it with the guy under my car. The employees at this location also checked the functionality of my lights which the other valvoline has never done in my years of going there.

Had a 50% off coupon for any price oil change. Got the 100% synthetic change. Completed the job while I waited in my truck. Suggested other services based on Carfax reporting. Advised service guy the Carfax wasn't always the most accurate measure of maintenance. One example was he said Carfax showed overdue transmission fluid flush. Pulled the dipstick. Trans fluid bright cherry red and at proper level. They usually have some type of oil price coupon on their website so it pays check. Given my price, I'd recommend this business.
