Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The ladies and young man that changed my oil tonight were amazing! The service was fast and they made sure I knew everything that was going on. The prices are great also! Definitely the best service I’ve ever had. I will be back again.

Amazing service at Valvoline! Jayden was awesome—super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell, and had me in and out really quickly. I appreciated being able to stay in my car the whole time and still feel confident the job was done right. Jayden made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The oil change itself was fine, but the lack of communication ruined the experience. During the service, it was mentioned that the windshield washer fluid was added. However, after the service my washer fluid warning light was still on. I had to park, go back inside, and ask about it. Only then was I told they were actually out of washer fluid and asked to come back next week. I waited almost 30 minutes for the service, and being told afterward that something listed as completed was not actually done is unacceptable. This should have been clearly communicated upfront

Used to love this place, but last time I went they said they would only use 30 weight for foreign cars. They also didn't reattach the skidplate on bottom of my renegade. There was no reason to even have it off. They said they put air in tires and didn't. The young woman working said her manager was gone and didn't know what to do about oil so I had to go to Take 5 and seems will from now on.

All 3 bays empty, waited 15 minutes and didn't see a soul. First time trying this place out, I just turned around and went to Big Rays. At least they want my business and they use Valvoline oil lol.
