Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Sooooo slow. When I first came it took just under 45 min to get into a bay and I was first in line. I thought it was just an anomaly, but the second time it took 30 minute and the vehicle was in the bay before I arrived. Who knows how long they were there. It was over an hour total for an oil change. On a good note, the staff is very friendly.

Outstanding experience. Ran by a bunch of guys in their early 20s but completely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. The lead guy was only 24 but ran the place like a well oiled machine (no pun intended). He was so cool to chat with while I wait for my oil change. Most importantly, this kid in charge, told him money was tight because I'm currently struggling with cancer and he gave me every deal he could saving me nearly 50% off my service. The place was super busy and he could have easily blown me off but he gave me his time and respect. That alone will bring me back to this location every time. Great job guys!

Oil change was fine took didn’t take to long but they got oil all over the fenders of my truck and the hood. Not happy about that… it’s a tall truck I get it is hard to reach under the hood but still, put fender covers on all vehicles before starting work to minimize this….

quick and great customer service! Gage was the tech I talked with today, super kind, helpful and honest. made small talk while they serviced my Ford, even found a coupon for me! definitely will be making the drive back there for future services.

High quality customer service. The two technicians I interacted with her knowledgeable & attentive to the vehicle service. Gage & Jac did a great job. My direct interaction was with these two guys, but I could tell the whole team was in a good mood and working well together. Rare to find good quality staff that cares and these guys deserve a shout out!
