Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I thought the manager was very polite and very thorough and answered any of my questions. He explained everything how he needed to. I was not surprised with any of the pricing. Also, the new person that started was being trained. The person training him was terrific. Very patient very kind very generous. What a great group of guys you have working there.

They continued to give me a wait time of 5, 10 minutes every 15 minutes. An hour later I was getting my oil drained. I see how this keeps a customer from going elsewhere but an irritating way of doing so. Just tell me it will be an hour so I can decide for myself whether or not I have the time to wait. Later the man apologized due to staffing issues, but there was 7 people working on the floor. Also, $128 for a basic full synthetic oil change is crazy! One extra quart of oil was $16 extra. Plus, they said they couldn't figure out how to reset my oil change light, sorry, can't shut that off this time. So I'm supposed to drive with these lights on for the next 5000 plus miles? Valvoline was good for convenience but no longer. I'll look to another place next time.

Valvoline makes good car maintenance fast and easy. Good for them and me. It's also affordable. So no excuses! Take care of your car.

BEWARE they over tighten the oil plug and filters. You will strip out the plug if you try to change your own oil. They will not replace it or refund your money. Plus side the workers are great people.

They were very professional and efficient. The value was great. They also did the 18 pt inspection which we needed because we were leaving for a trip cross country and wanted to be sure the car was in great condition to make the trip. Paul explained everything thoroughly , we left feeling safe and sound.
