Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was served promptly. All the service providers were friendly, helpful and seemed really competent. I really liked not having to leave my car and let someone else drive it through. I was given choices about which products I wanted and all my questions were answered, so I could make an informed choice. I definitely appreciated that all available discounts were applied!

Been coming to this Salisbury Valvoline for years now... love it. They know their stuff... I'm in and out for oil changes.. great service. Here's the key though - great people. Jonathan took great care of me this week... funny guy... and just super helpful, and like the others I've met here - he knows his stuff. We'll done Valvoline!

I love this Valvoline! Mike, Nate, Wayne and the whole team are so pleasant- it makes having to get my oil change even easier. Love sitting in my car while they get it done and appreciate them sharing the manufacturer recommendations for my car- even if I can’t afford a service that day, it helps to know what is due and when. Great customer service and never pushy. I give prompts to the Salisbury MA crew, they were busy and had circumstances beyond their control happen with another customer. They kept me informed and apologized for the delay. Excellent customer service
