⚠️ WATCH OUT! Caught Red-Handed & Gaslighted (Video Proof) I paid for a Full Synthetic oil change, but while sitting in my car, I caught the technician using regular oil instead. He never touched the synthetic dispenser. I managed to record him on my phone while he was using the wrong oil. When I confronted him with the video, he was speechless. The Manager’s behavior was even worse: When I confronted him and told him clearly that this was a SCAM, he treated me like I was lying and dismissed my claims. I also loved their teamwork together. When Kyle noticed a way Ethan could do something more efficiently he took his time to explain it. I adored seeing that, it made me feel good about going in.

The manager working today(I think Kyle) runs a tight ship—very attentive and clearly well-trained, especially noticeable in how he supports new hires.
