Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Arrived at 11:00 AM. Website says open all day. No one here. - Heard from another person that their building was hit by a vehicle. Closed for repairs. I would call if you’re stopping by in January.

I visited this new Valvoline location in late May 2025 for a basic oil change. Really happy to have one closer to home. The staff was friendly and professional—great customer service overall. They adjusted my tire psi, which many similar locations don't ask about or do. The service was a bit slower than expected, but I imagine that will improve as the team gains more experience. Clean and organized spot. I’ll definitely be back!

After several visits to different companies, this location was able to change the oil in my Audi. The first valvoline said they could, but then refused to change my oil because “you don’t have a dipstick.” The workers and one of the managers were so helpful and knowledgeable. The manager when above and beyond to help me. I will be returning for services going forward.

Stopped in on my way home from work for an oil change. When I arrived all three bays were full and two of those bays had another car in line, so I pulled up to the bay without a car waiting. After waiting 30 minutes a lady finally came out to greet me and told me they would have me in in about 5 to 10 minutes. Cool, no problem. Another 30 minutes goes by and the 2 cars that were waiting when I pulled up are finished and 2 other cars are brought in. I rolled down my window and asked an employee if he knew how much longer it would be. He just walked past and never looked up. So after over an hour and zero communication with me for over 30 minutes I left. Very disappointed with their customer service. Would not recommend.

Everything was great. I had a $15 coupon on my phone that expired two days prior and they would not honor it, I didn't even pay attention to exp date I just thought you gave me a coupon, oh well... 1love
