Highly recommend taking your car here, I’ve only ever gone to a dealership and I feel so taken care of. I feel a lot more confident in my car. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Latrell and Gus were very kind and helpful. There’s always coupons and they give them out like candy && didn’t break the bank like most places. Thanks !!!

I did visit the Valvoline Center at 4830 Kirkwood Hwy. And it was actually a great experience with Iris, Jonathan & Team They were highly competent, professional, and very informative. I was in and out in 15 mins and left feeling feeling very happy about my experience and that with they're careful guidance I had quickly taken care of my wife's daily drive Acura. Im bringing in my F150 this week!

Had a great experience as a first time customer. I arrived about an hour before close and all the bays were full with one car behind. The oil changes in front of me were quick and efficient. I was greeted by an a friendly, enthusiastic employee who got my service started. He handed me off to another employee who was just as nice. Service was quick and efficient and I was out the door in no time. Will come back.

They are just engine oil change tech, no experience in replacing transmission fluid. Told the manager that the drain plug and the refill plug was under the car (Cadillac CTS) and he insisted that he looked in the engine bay for access to the refill port. They promote a 15 minute oil change which is good for busy people.

From the moment I pulled in, Richard and his crew made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was the day before Thanksgiving, I had just drove down from the NYC to visit my mom in Delaware, I was tired and expecting a long wait. The entire team was personable but still efficient. We were laughing throughout the whole process. I trusted Richard's recommendations because I could see he was sincere. Richard, Mark, and Jonathan's interactions with each other made me feel like they enjoyed working with each other, which always makes a customer's experience even better. I was in and out in no time at all. I originally went to this location simply because it's around the corner from my mom's place, but now I'll be going back because I know I'll always get expectational service.
