Valvoline Instant Oil Change

My go-to spot for a quick oil change. I appreciate that there's always a coupon available for a few bucks off. I also appreciate that I can always pop by the two top off my tire pressure and fluids at no additional fee, unless more than half a quart of oil is required.

People were very nice and helpful. They also give me advices about what my car needs and tell me how to use the coupons. It was my first time at valvoline and definitely not the last one.

I expected only an oil change and out the door. But I got a complete check up on items I do not have in mind, but were very important, lights filter leaks tires etc. I appreciated that very much. And the service rep was very responsive to explain things and point out options to me. I plan on returning when the need comes up and let my friends know there is a good deal waiting for them at Valvoline.

Normally excellent service. When I visited 2 days ago, however, they didn't do any of the courtesy checks they normally do, such as check tire pressure and top off my wiper fluid. They didn't check turn signals or brake lights either. They decided to lie on the invoice, which states I declined those services. I did not decline anything. I am quite disappointed with their dishonesty.
