Velasquez Performance Exhaust

You would think bringing your own part would lower the cost, WRONG. I got quoted $800 to install coils, went somewhere else for $200. That was two years ago(24) so Prices must’ve gone up by now. Anyways, I call today to ask how much to install a downpipe they told me 140 while another location told me $50-60, YES another Velazquez. Stay far away from this location You’re safer driving a few miles more and saving $100

I’d honestly give zero stars if at all possible. This place has really gone down hill over the years with no regard for proper customer service. 12/8/25 I dropped off my bmw to have the catalytic converters and o2 sensors replaced, I trailered my own vehicle there instead of paying for a tow because the old converters were completely clogged and not work risking the engine damage. Upon arrival I had zero problems starting the car and unloading it off the trailer and driving it to the back lot and let it idle for 5 minutes while I put all my straps away and went inside to give my info. 12/12/25 I go to pick up the vehicle with full intention of driving it home, I pay $700 cash (I supplied my parts) go out to the car and it’s got no power (it’s winter maybe batteries dead no big deal) they h

Fast and friendly! I asked if they could show me what's going on as I like to try and fix my own things. They gave me the rundown of what they suspect to be the problem. I did have them fix my muffler, price was decent.

Took my car in with an exhaust leak. They lifted the car, showed me the problem, quoted it and fixed it in 40 minutes. Price was completely reasonable. Exactly what you want from a shop. No BS, just great service and a fair price.

It's ok, you get what you paid for I guess. I brought my own catalytic converter to reduce cost. They didn't fold back the cover , they didn't remove the labels and plastic.
