Referred here by GP Campbell's collision. I was able to drop my car off first thing in the morning and they fit me right in. Staff was friendly and personable. They treated me like family upon our first meeting. The repair was fairly priced, right around what I expected. No hidden costs or trying to upsell me. I believe I have found my local machinic! Victory!!!

Tried to hustle me out of $$$$$$. I called for a quote which they would not provide. They wanted to charge me for a diagnostic. They refused to give me the quote but instead ask had someone looked at the car already. As a woman I know the scans so I refused to share I did have that done but stated I understood the risk of not knowing if something else may be a concern. I informed him other places provided quotes. The owner told me take the car to the other places and trust them. I ended the call stating, enjoy your day and be blessed. He did not know I was considering the shop as my primary location for repairs because he was the closest to me. Customer service can make a big difference. Thousand of dollars they just lost because in addition I needed extensive work on my front end. Cra

Honest, dependable and love-to-work-with shop! They do their best and give their best. Mistakes do happen but they have the grit to make it right for their customers - rare to see such integrity this days.
