BEWARE!!! Petty thieves working there. Stole a pair of weight lifting gloves out of my truck. As far as the car wash, paid $30 + tax and the service was mediocre at best. Dirt spots visible in multiple areas on my truck. I would not recommend. Poor wash job. I guess they are more focused on what they can steal from the vehicles.

The absolute "Best" Car Wash & Oil change business I have ever dealt with. I have been a Loyal customer to this establishment for over 15+ years & have Never had a bad experience. We have brought all our families cars here for oil changes & All the staff has always been polite, courteous, experienced, knowledgeable. I highly Recommend you bring your car here & see for yourself how great they are here.

I'm the son of Rodrigo and I am 9 y/o. I was hoping that I could go in the car while it was being washed, but I couldn't! I wonder why it’s not allowed. It isn't really dangerous. Plus, it would've been lots of fun! I would have given an extra star if me and my dad could stay in the car as an option. I will give this 4 stars for nice cleaning and a chance to see the car getting washed. But I still couldn't go inside.

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE! For years I was a frequent customer at the VIP Stratford location, servicing at least two of my vehicles over the years until I started to notice that they would try to overcharge me and other WOMEN, suggesting services for additional fees that were UNNECESSARY. THEY ALWAYS SCAM customers around INCOME TAX SEASON. They recently took advantage of my mom who’s an older woman and unsuspecting loyal customer. They will tack on an extra $10-15 to each customer’s invoice for oil changes and because it’s a small amount no one really makes a fuss. But this adds up quickly which increases their bottom line. They’ll also try to upsell people on batteries and windshield wipers and small services even when they’re not needed. SO PLEASE BE WARNED, especially if you don’

30$ car wash and the car came out full of soap had to yell at the guys to wipe the car down pain for in and out service leather seats or dash wasn't even touched!
