Wish I could leave zero stars.. my car went into the shop because my radiator blew. I specifically asked for them to run a compression check on the cylinders. They broke all my ignition coil clips and did not inform me, if they would have informed me instead of trying to glue it back together we could have just replaced the whole harness right then and there. So I spent several times on the side of the road because my car was losing power because the clips weren't staying in place, ended up rewiring the whole thing myself. Then replaced all the ignition coils, spark plugs, and fuel injectors trying to figure out what was wrong. Turns out cylinder 3 had low PSI when I ran a pressure check myself. Wasted more then $500 on the radiator & all the other fixes, ended up having to get rid of the

I had my battery die. Naturally I went to Napa for a new one. Found out they’re legally not allowed to install batteries anymore. Well I have zero know how or tools to do this on my own. Especially on the fly. The gentlemen suggested this auto shop to me since it was close by. Not only did they get me in ASAP then did it for free for me. Couldn’t believe how kind they were to get me in but then to do it for no cost at all. So rare to find such genuine kindness these days. I have never been here before. But based off this interaction alone I would come back and give them my business. Because I was so stressed and worried about getting a new battery in. Especially with zero tools and needing it in my car ASAP. They relieved my anxiety immediately with their willingness and kindness. If you

I had been looking for an auto repair shop I could trust. Carmax suggested Vogel Auto and Diesel. I couldn't be more pleased! As soon as I walked in and saw a clean well organized front office I knew that I had found what I was looking for in an auto shop. They do very good work on time. They are upfront about costs. Chris Vogel has been here in Castle Rock for years and is very personable. I don't write reviews willy-nilly. I only write them when I am impressed. Thanks, Chris! Good Job!

I can’t say enough good things about Vogal automotive and diesel. They are friendly, professional, and honest. They take the time to explain what’s going on and never try to upsell anything you don’t need. Their prices are more than fair, and you can tell they truly care about doing right by their customers. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on!

I’ve always had great experiences at Vogel’s. Whether I go in for an oil change or repairs. I find that the staff has a commitment to keeping my 2011 Rav 4 in tip top shape.
